This policy explains how Sole proprietor Dmitry Sergeevich Martynov, INN 503220038263, OGRNIP 322508100125372 (the “Operator”) processes the personal data of visitors to the Cajon.pro website in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

1. What data we process

Your name, phone number, email address, city and delivery address, comments on your order or request, and the name of your organization — if you enter them in a form on the website.

2. Why we process it

  • to place, confirm, process payment for and deliver orders;
  • to contact you about your requests for an online demo or for cooperation;
  • to publish on the cajon map the places you have added yourself: their name, address, phone number and website;
  • to meet our obligations under the laws of the Russian Federation.

3. Legal basis

We process your data with your consent, which you give by ticking the corresponding box when you submit a form, and in order to perform a sales contract.

4. Sharing with third parties

Order details are passed to the Operator’s accounting system, and the data needed for delivery (name, phone number, address) is passed to the delivery service you choose. Your data is not disclosed to any other third parties except where required by law.

When you search for an address on the cajon map, the address you type — without your name or contact details — is sent to the OpenStreetMap address search service (Nominatim).

5. Website analytics

The website uses Yandex Metrica, a web analytics service provided by Yandex LLC. Using cookies, it collects anonymized information about visits: the page address and where you came from, the pages you view, your actions on the site, your device and browser type, and your approximate region. We use this information to make the website easier to use. You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

6. Storage and security

We keep your data no longer than the purposes of processing require and protect it from unauthorized access with organizational and technical measures.
